Memberkit Overview

Memberkit is a web development framework for webmasters. You can now easily create professional membership sites. Memberkit admin panel is the place where you will design, develop and manage your web site. That's why we have split navigation into three main sections on the left panel.

Content Manager
|
|
You can browse and edit user generated content using Content Manager. Your site might include user profiles, blogs, forums or any other kind of applications you create. All of the data entered by users can be modified or removed from this section. You may also search data or add new entries directly from Content Manager.
In addition to the general features, Profile application has some additional specific features such as Message Center to send mailings to all users. You can also view details about users, log into their accounts and send emails to them. |

Application Manager

You can now create custom web applications for your web site such as profile, blog, forum and picture album. No coding skills are required to use Application Manager. Basically, an application can include entry and update forms, data listing pages, search forms, detailed entry display pages, rules for specific events and listing queries. You can build these pages without any programming knowledge. Memberkit handles everything for you.
Memberkit's innovative drag and drop development interfaces makes it possible to create completely custom forms and pages. Once you create these pages, you can also open them in the File Manager and customize them further in HTML edit mode.

File Manager

Are you tired of using an FTP editor to make even very simple changes? Memberkit File Manager is the tool that will make it painless to edit your site. Managing your files is as easy as managing them on your desktop. You can add new files, edit existing files in a WYSIWYG editor, move them around, upload files or delete them easily.
File Manager has right click and drag and drop capabilities. Right Click on files or folders to see more options for them. For files, you can edit, rename, delete or change permissions. For folders, you can rename, delete or add new files. You can also move files around by dragging and dropping them just like what you would do on your desktop. |

Designer Friendly

Memberkit has been designed for non-programmers. Anybody with basic web design
experience can now create professional looking web sites.
It has many drag and drop visual designer tools. Default design can be easily changed from layouts. You can easily add new pages and edit existing pages just like any other static page on your site.

Layouts

Memberkit makes it painless to create and maintain your web site design. All common elements on your site are contained in HTML files called layouts. You can easily open these files on your local HTML Editor and customize them.
Layouts can be also be used to have different functionality to different kinds of users. For example, non-members and members can see different navigation.

Publishing

During publishing, your pages, applications and layouts are joined together to create a fully functional web site.

Applications

|
Memberkit is designed to allow webmasters to create their own applications using visual tools. It is basically a web framework for non-programmers. For example, you can create an articles or picture album application to let your members post content on your site.
You can also share your applications with other users and one-click install them in our Application Gallery.

Form Designers

Memberkit has an innovative drag and drop form builder to easily create entry and search forms.
An entry form is a core part of your application. When you create an entry form, you are actually creating a database for user entries. In a similar way, search forms makes it possible for your users to search and browse other user entries in your site. |

Display and Listing

Easily create listings and display pages for user entries using drag and drop visual designers.
Query Builder is a tool to easily create entry listing pages for a specific criteria. For example, if you would like to show recently created profiles with pictures on your homepage, you can use query builder.

Events

Sometimes you may want to do things differently depending on the conditions. For example, you may disable some member area pages for free users and enable them for paid premium users. In simple terms, events make it possible to control things on your site.

Manage Content

Content Manager has everything you might need to manage user generated content on your site. Using Memberkit's innovative content management grid on the Admin Panel, you can easily browse, edit, delete, add or search user entries.

Message Center
|

Send personalized emails to your members. You can send these emails to specific type of members and you may also use rich formatting in your email body. |

Account Types
|
|
You can easily enable or disable various features and pages on your site using Account Types. When you create new subscription types using on the payment tools, a new account type will be created automatically. These types can be used on Memberkit events.

Payments Integration

|
Membership sites are great way to make money online. Your monthly revenues will increase every time a new member subscribes to your site. Let Memberkit handle the hard parts such as collecting payments and protecting member area pages. So that, you can focus on creating an excellent content and service for your members.
Memberkit has integration with many payment gateways such as Paypal, GoogleCheckout, WorldPay, 2CheckOut, ClickBank and OneBip. You can easily collect recurring subscription or one-time payments from your members.
